Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy- ships packages daily with UPS OR USPS. UPS requires a physical street address to ship, they do not deliver to a P.O. Box. USPS shipments are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS Overnight/ Expeditied shipment available on request, call (406) 406-2517 to arrange for Overnight shipments. All quotes are estimates, as carrier quotes can change by the hour. If a change occurs at time of entering package into UPS system, your Overnight/ Expedited charges will be adjusted. All shipments are fully insured for billable charge. shipping charges include insurance and handling. All shipping charges are paid for by the customer. All shortages and shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

International orders- International orders are welcomed. All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars from a U.S. bank account. Shipping address must match the billing address. Any additional duty or tariffs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority.

Prices- Every effort possible will be made to hold published prices; however, all prices are subject to change without notice.

Quantity Discounts- Quantity discounts are available on many items purchased at quantities of 10 or more of the same part number; call or email for quantity discounts.

Damages in Shipment-
If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact within 24 hours to initiate a claim. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the delivering carrier. Retain all packing materials. Do not return damaged items to unless directed to do so.

Returns- Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are experiencing issuses with an item please contact us. Many times we find it is a connection issue, and can help you. Those items that are considered returnable must be unused, resaleable condition, in original packaging. Items that are considered for return are tested for proper operation prior to any refund. You must obtain a RGA(Return Goods Authorization) number. All returned items are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee, no returns are accepted after 14 days of purchase. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted. Include a copy of the original invoice and the approved RGA number printed on the outside of the returned parcel. Returned part must be in perfect resale condition and be in the original, sealed packaging. Special orders, electrical or electronic based gauges and components are not returnable. A 30% restocking charge will be applied to all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless was at fault and/or made an error. Availability- If Item is out of stock at time of purchase, customer will be notified immediately, two options are offered, either immediate refund, or item can be placed on special order hold. if special order hold is chosen, item will be shipped when received in our warehouse, special order hold items are not returnable. Stock shipments arrive daily, most items are only out of stock less than 30 days, most are a week, depending on manufacturer stock availability.

Undeliverable Shipments- All expenses resulting from an undeliverable shipment due to an invalid/incorrect customer supplied address will be the responsibility of the customer. Further shipments will not be made until is reimbursed for the expense.

Refused Shipments- All expenses resulting from a refused shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Further shipments will not be made until is reimbursed for the expense. Customers are subject to a 15% restocking fee for any package returned by Shipping carrier because of refusal or non-delivery. Freight costs incurred are not refundable.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
